I wish to applaud all the people at Wine Makers for their cheerful and courteous phone manners. I have been a VIP member for some years and I've always had safe delivery to my home of my orders and enjoyed the convenience of having my choice of good wines at home in my wine shelf. I have loved reading the tasting notes and then going ahead anyway and breaking all the rules. My membership is my luxury and most often when additional offers come during the year I am not able to purchase them but simply stay with my VIP deliveries. Always during these offers the caller is friendly and understanding to accept my "no" and is willing to share some conversation about wines before hanging up. I so appreciate that. Most recently Louis rang and offered a special and I did go ahead with it. Once again he had a kind manner and was genuine in ensuring the wine mix would be just right for me. He wished that I had a merry Christmas and that the delivery would be in time for it. So thank you all at Wine Makers. It must be a happy place to work. May I be one of many who are grateful to be treated in a courteous way by staff who know that good manners are part of the what you do. Merry Christmas to you all, Cheers!

I would just like to say a big thankyou for getting my order to my sister in time for Christmas. Considering that I placed the order on the 21st and I was not expecting it to get there in tome I find it fantastic that you were able to get it there so quickly at this time of year. Yet again you have proved yourselves a company that delivers excellent service togther with great products at fantastic prices. As a customer service delivery manager for Hewlett Packard I understand the concepts and priciples of good service and you score full marks on all counts. I look forward to ordering from yourselves in the future and again wish to say thatyou to all concerned for the brilliant work.
