Compulsory insurance (so your wine makes it there in one piece) is charged at 2.75% of the value of your total purchase (excluding freight).
Unless specified, delivery to capital cities is usually within 5-8 working days. Other areas may take up to 14 working days. All deliveries are done by courier, during business hours, Monday to Friday ONLY and are unable to specify delivery dates or call ahead (apologies, it is their policy). We can however leave detailed instructions about where to leave things.
We can also arrange next day deliveries for Sydney metro and hurried interstate orders too. Don't hesitate to contact us about any freight questions. International deliveries are only available for those items so marked.
