DELIVERY TIMES
The diagram below shows the standard Australia Post delivery times, listed in business ( working) days during non Christmas or holiday periods.

Please note that these are intended as a guide only, particularly with regards to isolated regional areas. We do not and cannot provide guarantees on delivery times under any circumstances, mainly due to the limitations of Australia Post. If you require specialised freight options please contact us on admin@winemakerschoice.com.au

Winemakers Choice shall not be liable for any delay in delivering your wine if that delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our control such as war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, fire, flood, storm or act of God, failure of Internet Service Provider (ISP) or telecommunications provider in connection with the performance of the Winemakers Choice website. Please note that all delivery prices are subject to change without notice.

AVAILABILITY

Wine is an agricultural product and runs out from time to time. If you order a case of wine, we may substitute some of the bottles by a different vintage or wine of equal quality and value guaranteed. We may also substitute accessories in gift packs with suitable replacements. We don't use this as an opportunity to advertise a good wine and supply inferior products. If you ever have a cause to disagree with our choice of replacements on any of the bottles that we have changed over, we will give you a credit for the first item and will need to collect any remaining items and credit you once they are received back into our warehouse.

All orders are accepted subject to availability and will be accepted at the discretion of Winemakers Choice (and any monies taken for an order will be refunded to the customer if the order is not accepted). The prices as shown on the website are current however and they may change at any time at the discretion of Winemakers Choice without notice, including in the event that suppliers change their prices or governments impose a further impost, or if there is an error on this website or in any advertising material (including emails, fax and any other material).

Winemakers Choice customers should be aware that alcohol restrictions may be in place in some remote regions in Australian states and territories. An alcohol permit may be required to receive alcohol in some regions, whilst in other regions it may be illegal to take delivery of alcohol.

If you live in an alcohol affected area, please be advised that it is your responsibility to be aware of applicable restrictions and the legal implications of these restrictions when you confirm your alcohol purchase with Winemakers Choice

In the event of alcohol being brought into alcohol affected areas, Winemakers Choice takes no responsibility for possible confiscation of alcohol and any subsequent penalties that may be incurred if the requirements of dry areas are breached by the customer.
