Terms & Conditions:

Delivery: As part of the wine plan, you shall receive a case of wine carefully selected by us every 3 months; or every 2 months if you have signed up for 6 deliveries a year.

Payment: Once your case is dispatched, we will charge your credit card with the appropriate price according to the wine plan you are subscribed to. Please Note: By being a Wine On Time plan subscriber, you give consent for Winemakers Choice to hold and use your credit card for the purpose of obtaining payment for each case of wine whilst you are on the wine plan. Please Note: If you are on a 3 monthly payment plan, any outstanding billings will still continue until payment for final delivery is completed.

Bonus Introductory Offer: If you cancel your wine plan subscription in the first year, you will be charged pro rata for the free gift.

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your Wine On Time program subscription, you must notify Winemakers Choice at least 2 weeks prior to your next delivery. If you notify us later than two weeks prior to the delivery date and we are unable to stop it from being sent, you must accept that as your final delivery.
