This is a wine that is not lacking in very ripe blackcurrant fruit and sweet vanilla characters. There are also some Coonawarra regional nuances of herbally thyme and some chocolatey aromas plus some chalky tannins present. At this price, it is a wine that has the makings of a BYO quaffer.
