Grown in the Bellarine Peninsula’s fresh and clean maritime air, think dark cherry, forest floor and smoky oak. Enjoy with most game and spicy pasta dishes. A light ruby red, it has a perfumed nose of strawberries and black cherries, complemented beautifully by some smoked ham and mocha oak characters. The wine displays all the hallmarks of ripe Pinot Noir with a core of red berries, cherries rolling across the silky front palate with spicy, plum characters and fine grained tannins to finish. Cellaring – a lovely structure Pinot Noir that will benefit with 4-5 years in the cellar, or drink now with barbequed quail or a mushroom risotto.
