A mild vintage and low cropping ensured that the fruit was harvested at optimum ripeness and in perfect condition, before the rains. Fermentation on skins, and oak application has given us a medium to full bodied wine, with deep flavours and finesse. The oak does not show itself overtly, it projects and amplifies the fruit flavours. Pepper and spice with a lasting back palate, a wine to accompany a wide variety of foods.
