Whilst the winery is listed as being from the Hilltops, the fruit could really come from anywhere for this bubbly. A crisp, fruit driven yet classically dry base wine, with some nutty yeasty overtones indicating that whoever put this together knew a thing or two about what makes a good sparkling. Top stuff, at a very realistic price.
