Tasting Notes
Colour: Pale Straw
Palate: The palate is genereous & full with a complex long zesty finish. Hints of white pear with ’sur lie’ complexity & zesty acid gives the palate a focused long finish.
Winemaking: Their Pinot Grigio is harvested ripe to capture full varietal flavour character. The grapes are gently destemmed without crushing the berries, juice is pressed directly to a stainless steel tank. Fermentation is carried out on light solidsto provide a fuller mouth feel with texture, as well as leading to a crisp, fresh finish.
Cellaring: Best consumed now to 2014.
