A vibrant and spritzy palate with musk, spice and floral flavours flowing through to a sweet mid palate and a clean fresh finish.
Components of Black Muscat and Muscat Gordo Blanco are harvested from
sun drenched vineyards in Swan Hill which are managed to produce fully
ripe grapes bursting with luscious flavours. The bunches are crushed to
press and soaked for a few hours to gain colour, pressed to tank and
cold settled. The must is inoculated to aromatic yeasts before a long
and cool, temperature controlled vinification designed to preserve and
enhance the essential qualities of a vibrant Moscato wine. Fermentation
is arrested while the natural sugars can express the complex and mouth
filling varietal fruit characters. The wine is bottled promptly upon
completion, following a fining and filtration. Alcohol 5.5%
