Winemakers Notes
Grapes were sourced from premium vineyards in the South West of Western
Australia. Gentle processing and cool fermentation ensured that all the bold and
vibrant fruit flavours were retained. Following fermentation the juice benefited
from a short period of lees contact. This process, combined with minimal fining
and handling, has resulted in a wine of great depth of flavour and texture.
Tasting Notes
Pale straw with a green tinge, the wine is bright and vibrant. A fresh nose of white
peach, honey dew melon and tropical fruits will make your mouth water.
The wine has a fruit driven palate and displays flavours of fresh melon, lemon and
guava with just a hint of grassiness. An underlying mineral characteristic and a
fresh, natural crispness contribute to the appeal of this wine.
