Made in Puerto Rico, Bacardi is recognised as something of a world standard for white rum. Claimed to be the first refined rum, Bacardi is double filtered through charcoal for smoothness and aged in natural white oak for character.
Tasting Note: Austere nose, with a slight spice character. Broad, medium length palate - light bodied but with depth of flavour and character. This is a Classic Puerto Rican style, low in aromatics with a dry flavour and finish. Best mixed when a dry result is required. 37.5% alc./vol.
